How to prepare a parcel so it arrives in perfect shape

Most delivery problems can be avoided before the parcel leaves the warehouse. These are the details that matter most:

1. The right box: not too big, not too tight; the contents should not move.
2. Enough padding: paper, cardboard or bubble wrap so nothing touches the sides.
3. A good seal: H-shaped tape on top and bottom.
4. A visible label: on the largest side and not across the seams.
5. Complete details: address, floor, door and a phone number for the recipient.
